Ever wonder where all the hippy-chicks went?

They're pretending to be Indians now. Pudgy middle-aged women hanging out at pow-wows, weaving "dream-catchers" with colored yarn and spouting incomprehensible phony spiritualism. They call themselves things like "Earth Mother Bear Spirit".

Ever notice how close a "dream-catcher" looks to a frame used to stretch scalps?

Take a close look at the "colored yarn" next time you see one.

Oh...the...horror.

I liked 'em better when they were still young hippy chicks with feather earrings, singing back up for Skynyrd. Now they look like witches. Not Groovy. Not far out. Not solid.

Funnily enough, I just received a not-very-funny e-mail forward asking that exact same question. Did you get it, and it inspired this post?

According to the e-mail, they are old women walking around naked in public. :-|

They were better young and nubile, didn't like their attitudes and beliefs then, they were so flaky. But then, never mind that is a peerverse thought
